By placing an order with The Window Valet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Products and Services
We provide custom and standard window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and related hardware, as well as professional measurement and installation services. Due to the custom nature of our products, colors, textures, and materials may vary slightly from samples or photos.
Measurements
If you provide your own measurements, you accept full responsibility for their accuracy. Orders placed with customer-provided measurements are not eligible for refunds or remakes due to measurement errors.
Installation
The customer must ensure the work area is clear and accessible prior to installation. Additional charges may apply if our installers encounter unforeseen obstacles or if the installation site differs materially from what was described during the consultation.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Window Valet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
